职位描述： Essential Character Set: • Highly motivated & self disciplined;• Good analytical skills and ability to think of alternative solutions;• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment;• Good time management and time estimation skills;Essential Skills Set: • Extensive experience in CSS style sheeting, HTML, and W3C DOM;• Familiarity with cross-browser differences (IE6, IE7, Firefox, Safari etc…);Desirable Requirements: • Good understanding of HTML, javascript, AJAX programming;• High level of computer proficiency;• High level of written & spoken English;• Creative & artistic with graphic editing skills (Photoshop, Fireworks etc…);Job Responsibilities: • Implement and improve designs provided by the web designer;• Help design, test, and review user interface flow and processes;• Make the website design “come true”; 基本个性要求： • 高度的积极性和自律性；• 良好的分析和多样思考解决方法的能力；• 能够在快节奏、充满活力的、以团队合作为宗旨的环境下工作；• 具有良好的时间安排和掌控能力.基本技能要求： • 丰富的CSS style sheeting，HTML，和W3C DOM经验；• 熟悉各种浏览器的不同（IE6，IE7，Firefox，Safari等）；优先考虑： • 熟悉HTML，javascript，AJAX编程；• 熟练操作计算机；• 优秀的英语写作、口语能力；• 在编辑图片方面具有艺术创意（Photoshop，Fireworks等）.工作职责： • 执行并且改进网站设计师的设计;• 帮助设计、测试、检查用户界面流量及过程；• 促进网站设计的实现.
