Responsibilities:

Enhance IWAY awareness in the suppliers and teams and develop our suppliers in taking ownership in IWAY compliance, communicate IWAY requirement and transfer knowledge of social and environment aspects to suppliers and co-workers. Provide advisory support to suppliers and co-workers for queries related to IWAY implementation;

Based on the findings of IWAY audits conducted by IKEA or by the suppliers, assist the suppliers by providing recommended solutions to suppliers for all non-compliances, assist the suppliers in drafting Corrective Action Plan (CAP) to ensure IWAY compliance, and follow up implementation of CAP;

Support the teams in achieving IWAY goals and vision.

General Requirements:

Good knowledge and experience of environmental management & social responsibility system;

Good knowledge concerning the local and international regulations concerning environmental, health & safety, social responsibility and material/article laws;

Good knowledge in chemicals, health & safety, environment or energy efficiency;

Solid experience in development/enhancement of social and environment aspects of manufacturers.
