该职位面向音乐、活动、娱乐、广告、创意等行业的年轻人招聘。
活动制作助理负责协助活动制作筹备活动的舞台表演部分，为活动发掘有创意的构思和合适的供应商，如舞蹈演员、杂技演员、魔术师、道具等，并协助安排组织。
理想的候选人应当具有剧院、影院、舞蹈、电影、文学艺术等方面的知识。
工作职责：
活动前期，协助负责：
-寻找并筛选舞台表演演员，如舞蹈演员、杂技演员、魔术师、演员、歌手等。
-为即将开始的活动寻找、筛选、安排所有的道具及其他配件。
-与艺人和演员共同制作演出所需的道具
-建立艺人和演员数据库
-寻找有创意的演出形式
-将所有的信息传达给行程经理和项目经理，并与艺人经理密切合作。
活动期间，协助负责：
-陪同演员演出，并监督他们的工作。
-确保活动的高品质，保持与演员和演出道具供应商的良好联系。
职位要求：
至少1年在广告公司或活动公司相似岗位的工作经验，有时尚派对、舞蹈、电视、路演等活动制作背景，同时须具备艺术和演出方面的专业知识。
欢迎舞蹈演员、舞蹈指导、摄影师、艺人、DJ、喜剧演员、艺术学院毕业生应聘。
必须有创意，性格外向。
积极主动，能适应经常出差。
具备舞台技术方面的知识。

Reporting To: Artist Dpt Manager
Job Profile:
The position is offered to younger professional in the field of music, event, entertainment, advertising and creative industries.
The producer assistant will assist the producer to prepare show/stage part of all events. He will find creative ideas and appropriate talents and suppliers for the shows (dancers, performers, acrobats, jugglers as well as costumes, accessories etc) and assist in the organization of it.
The ideal candidate should have theatre, cinema, dance, choreography, movie, literature and art knowledge.
Responsibilities:
-In office, before the events, assisting the show Producer:
-To source and select “Stage” artists such as dancers, acrobats, magician, performers, singers etc.
-To source, select and arrange all costumes, accessories and stage elements for coming shows.
-To make all rehearsal of costumes or choreography with artists and performers
-To build up database of artists and performers
-To find creative ideas of show
-To give all info to Show Producer, Tour Manager and Project Manager and to work closely with Artistic Manager who bring in the music stage performers.
During the events
-To accompany performers to show and supervise them.
-To ensure excellent quality of event and excellent relations with all performers and performance elements’ suppliers
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role with an advertising or event company. To have show producing background such as fashion, dance/tv/road shows etc. Knowledge of arts and performances a plus.
Dancer, choreographer, photographer, artist, DJ, comedian, art school graduated are welcome
- Must have a creative mind, an out going personality , be willing to go on tour.
- Must be pro-active and polyvalent, willing to travel from time to time.
- Technical knowledge is a must
