Job Description

Qualification and Requirements:
?*Master grade 2 or MBA, major in business development, mechanical, industrial engineering or related.
?*Purchasing, Logistic/Supply Chain, Finance, Information Technology/System and/or Manufacturing.
?*Excellent skills of communicating upwards and downwards.
?*Good analytical ability, able to detect the problem and figure it out using proper methodology.
?*Open-minded and is harmonized with teamwork.
?*Fluent in both spoken and written English.
?*Excellent computer skills.
?*Willing to work in a dynamic factory environment.

Assignment:
?*Will be assigned to certain domains according to “best match of people and job” principle
?*Lead and manage team(s) and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
?*Make decisions followed by effective actions in face of obstacles, difficulties and opportunities so as to achieve annual objectives.
?*Motivate, train, develop and coach team members.

Corporate Information

Atos was formed from the merger in 1997 of two French-based IT services companie
s - Axime and Sligos - each of which had been established out of earlier mergers
. At the time of the merger with Origin, Atos employed 11,000 staff and generate
d annual revenues of approximately EUR 1.1 billion. Origin was a subsidiary of R
oyal Philips Electronics, which had been formed in 1996 from the merger of BSO/O
rigin and Philips Communications. At the time of the merger with Atos, Origin em
ployed more than 16,000 staff in 30 countries worldwide and generated annual rev
enues of approximately EUR 1.6 billion.

Following the merger of Atos and Origin, the Group won three major outsourcing c
ontracts with KPN and took over the running of KPN Datacenter in the Netherlands
in July 2001. This has now become Atos Origin Telco Services BV, a part of the
Managed Operations service line of Atos Origin.

In August 2002, Atos Origin acquired KPMG Consulting in the UK and the Netherlan
ds, trading as Atos KPMG Consulting and providing the Group with a major presenc
e in the Consulting segment of the IT services market.

In January 2004, Atos Origin acquired Sema Group from Schlumberger, thereby crea
ting one of the leading international IT services companies. At the time of the
acquisition, Sema Group employed 21,000 staff and generated annual revenues of a
pproximately EUR 2.4 billion. Atos Origin employed 26,500 staff, generating annu
al revenues of more than EUR 3 billion.

The new Group offers multinational clients a full range of IT services and solut
ions in 40 countries around the world, covering Consulting, Systems Integration
and Managed Operations. The company has combined annual revenues today in excess
of EUR 5 billion per annum and employs over 46,000 staff.
