职位描述：
JOB requirment
- Tracks and reports team cost&budget
- Manages project budget to make sure no over-run.
- Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
- Analyzes project saving, margins and utilization.

Qualification
- Bachelor degree, major in accouting ,construction project management,civil engineering, design...etc
- Fluent in English
- Good command of computer software
-Strong communication skill in both Chinese and English
- Muti-national working experience is preferred.
