职位描述： Key Role Accountabilities: The position's main responsibilities are as follow: 1.Facilitating the reporting process of the China Strategy implementation by liaising with each of the Key implementation leads,both Key initiatives & Underlying Business. 2.Monitor and track the overrall progress of the China Strategy implementation with quarterly reporting ro APAC,providing business reviews through analysis ans monitoring against internal and external benchmarks assis in the development of the BCA for TC & DG Development Plans. 3.Assist in ad-hoc implementation of specific Key initiatives or market research support. 4.Assist in the refinement of DESC's long and short-term strategic business plans,at the county level,in alignment with Global and Reginal aspirations. 5.Analyse market/competitor/macro-economic intelligence,provide factual data for strategic decision-marking processes and long term business planning and budgeting purposes. Core competencies: 1.Basic underatanding of total supply chain/distribution/logistics concepts and ideas. 2.Preferably with operational experience in contract Logistics or supply-chain related work 3.Strong quantitative and analytical skills 4.Strong English writing abilities and excellent presentation skills 5.Strong ability to work independently 6.Proactive and driven to achieve results 7.Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff inthe company, 8.Be good at communication and time management
