Schneider-Electric China Research & Development Center- CRDC was officially inaugurated on 7th April 2005, located at Zhang Jiang High Technology Park in Shanghai. At the end of 2006, CRDC plans to expand to 300 employees, which means CRDC will grow up to be one of biggest R&D Centers in Schneider-electric. The products and solutions developed by CRDC will meet customer needs in both local and global market, which will boost production localization and provide continuing engineering & localization support to all production facilities.

-Bachelor degree or above from EE or Computer Science/Technology.
-Expertise on Cadence, MSWARE,...
-Understanding of user needs in a R&D environment, willingness to learn and share technical knowledge with engineering and design personnel.
-Good knowledge of project management process.
-Ability to successfully manage simultaneous projects.
-Creative problem solving skills and ability of mediating issues with prudent decisions.
-Ability to work efficiently with respect for others as part of a worldwide team.
-Committed to Quality.
-Excellent communications skills, including written and spoken English.
