GFY Shanghai Trading Company is under Dolven Enterprises (US). Dolven Enterprises is a global provider of products and services to the home furnishings industry. We manufacture finished goods such as furniture, mattresses, and bedding components to sell directly to retailers. Our current business units are located in Asia, Central America and North America, and we are headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina.

GFY Industries Hong Kong is the longest running and most entity in the Group. GFY

Hong Kong manages all exports of out China for the Group including direct shipments

to Taiwan, Australia, Canada, and intercompany subsidiaries.

GFY Shanghai Trading Company was established in March of 2014 as a consolidation GFY Hong Kong and Fresh Industries mainland China operations.

GFY Shanghai Trading is a wholly owned subsidiary of GFY Hong Kong. Our company was established to manage all inter-China business for Hong Kong companies (GFY HK), including product development, quality control, accounting, and customer service.

职位描述:
1. 协助项目经理完成各项工作

2. 正确理解收到的客户文件，并按时反馈

3. 及时安排样品给工厂，与工厂充分沟通以确保工厂清楚地理解项目内容

4. 及时汇报项目进程给客户/项目经理

5. 项目时间、内容等信息如有变动，应及时在客人和工厂之间沟通

6. 妥善保管各轮样品，特别是确认样；尽详细地保存项目资料，以便后续查询

7. 任何项目完结后都需做入文件保存

8. 项目文档应清晰、易查询
