Made of seashells and crystals and other foraged natural and organic materials, OKRA pieces are worn as meaningful objet d’art for the independent woman - whether it is to calm the mind, body, and spirit, or to reawaken the goddess in you.

Founder and designer Julie Pang was born and raised in Mauritius. An island where she draws inspiration for all her collections. Her aim is to make empower every woman with jewellery that acts as a reminder of their wildish force.

We are looking for an intern for the position of Operations Assistant

Full time

We are an ever-growing and evolving jewellery brand looking for the most dedicated and passionate people to join our team.

We are creatives seeking for someone who we can rely on in helping our ideas come into reality. An ideal candidate is someone who loves getting things done, execute tasks in a timely and efficient manner to allow the creativity of OKRA to flourish. We look for someone reliable, grounded, rational, very attentive to details, and with an analytical mind that loves to read and process data and create comprehensive reports in excel.

Someone who is extremely organized, punctual, and fantastic at multitasking

Writes and speaks Chinese and English

Possesses an analytical mind that loves observing data and numbers, knows how to organize it and present it in a comprehensive and clear manner

Loves creating and updating excel sheets

Patient and calm

Familiar with Youzan’s backend, Taobao, RED, Weibo, and others

The job description:

Doing inventory, creating excel sheets and filling application forms on a regular basis

Ensuring OKRA’s online platforms are running and up to date

Maintaining excellent customer service support throughout the brand’s online platforms

Opening the studio on the weekends and welcoming customers

Managing orders from the production department for customers and B2B partners

Posting scheduled photos on social media

Assisting during events and photoshoots

Translating texts

Sourcing materials

Updating our CRM system

8 hours per day

5 days a week

Usually starting at 10:30 but sometimes the timing will be adjusted accordingly.
