Merchandiser，职能类别： 业务

Job Description:

- Develop new products according to customer's requirements 根据要求开发新产品

- To negotiate with makers for price and quality 与供应商洽谈价格和产品质量

- To be organized for filing for daily inquires, order files 整理每天的询价，定单等

- Understand for whole procedure from looking for products, get orders to follow details with product quality, package, inspection, shipping. etc. 负责整个流程，从产品开发、取得定单、产品质量，包装及验货及船务等细节

- Can follow for the sample approval lead time carefully. 根据确定的样品来安排时间

- Can assist the leader to solve problems during the above procedure 协助领导解决工作中遇到的问题

- Other related things request from the leader 其余来自公司领导的工作

Job Requirements:

- New graduator is welcome！but willing to learning can be considered. 欢迎应届毕业生。

- Willing to learning can be considered. 欢迎愿意学习的同学过来实习。

- It would be good if has working experience in merchandising at trading company or buying office for sourcing home appliance products贸易公司或采购办事处的工作

- Experience with product development and OEM management 产品开发及OEM

- Familiar with Western Europe / USA markets 熟悉欧洲及美国市场

- Familiar with kitchenware/, glass, ceramic，wood, s/s， plastic and other materials 熟悉玻璃，陶瓷，不锈钢，塑料、木制及其他材料

- Must have strong ability to read and write in English 熟练的英语读写能力

- Must have strong sourcing ability 很强的采购能力

- Need to have good negotiation ability 谈判能力佳

- Self-motivated team player & willing to work under pressure 能在压力下工作，自我激励，团队合作

- Aggressive / responsible and willing to travel 主动积极，有责任心，愿意出差
