We provide free career consultation services to exceptional talents and place them into companies that will have a global and societal impact. We specialize in providing high-end talent recruiting and HR consulting services between the United States and China to help businesses succeed in recruiting the right talents. Three pieces of our business lines:

1. Recruiting events in Silicon Valley.

2. Local Silicon Valley recruiting services

3. Cross-border technology talents recruiting.

4. Expert Network Consulting

We are looking for recruiting (Assistant) consultants to join us for this efforts.

(Assistant) Consultant - Beijing

This (Assistant) consultant is expected to be working with our international team based in Silicon Valley to recruit high profile candidates. You will be working with a small team with an open culture to speak with Silicon Valley talents regarding their career interests, backgrounds etc.

Responsibilities:
* Recruiting requirement analysis with clients

* Talent search and call screenings
* Help coordinate interviews between different time zones.

* Industry and salary research in both US and China

* Salary negotiation, and deal closing etc.

Requirements:
* Interested in Human Resource Industry, particularly recruiting

* Be proactive: ask questions, and think why you ask those questions
* Fast learner: bear a can-do attitude and we help you advance the skills that you'd like to improve
* Fluent in English: you are expected to be able to communicate with the candidates who may be able to only speak English. Thus English language skill is a must.

Preferred:
* Previous working experience in a talent search / executive search firm.
* Be interested in / familiar with Internet companies and ecosystem in China as well as in the Silicon Valley.
