Responsibilities

Documentation: help filing the soft copies and hard copies of the contracts/ accounting books/ financial reports;

Bookkeeping assistance: Assisting the bookkeeping job;

AR/AP Assistance :Help on the AR/AP confirmation and the related job ;

Some Financial Analysis Supporting: help on the financial analysis on some projects profitability or some budgeting;

Communication: Help communicate with the related party , especially foreigners, to confirm the accounting data;

Ad hoc jobs assigned;

Requirements

Financial accounting related majors;

Patient and meticulous, with hard-working spirit;

English Fluency;

Salary

RMB 150/day for undergraduates; RMB 180/day for post-graduates;
