Assist on implementing all aspects of department strategy to complete targets; 2. Manage incoming samples from factories and outgoing samples to customers, incl. make and attach label to sample, take professional picture of samples and format them according to requirements; 3. Assist on keeping good communication and coordination with customers, factories, internal departments, all emails are replied promptly, maximum in 24 hours, to ensure sample and production schedule; 4. Assist on managing factories’ performance to deliver the best value and good quality products on time; 5. Responsible for data input and updating , catalogues filing, and prepare relevant analysis report as required; 6. Preparation of QC packs; 7. Provide assistance on general administrative works; 8.
