Claim JD-INTERN （无留用）
Main duties/Responsibility:
Examine and process paper claims and/or electronic claims
Learn to determine whether to return, pend, deny or pay claims within policies
Learn to determine steps necessary for adjudication
Settle claims with claimants in accordance with policy provisions
Learn to interact with agents and claimants by mail or phone to correct claim form errors or omissions and to investigate questionable entries.
Requirements:
Can understand and speak basic English (CET-4)
College degree and above
Diligent and eager to learn
Excellent interpersonal skills
Can learn to review moderately complex claims independently
(Salary: 200RMB/DAY)
