Participants are rotated to various departments to expose them to different business and management processes. This will help program participants develop a holistic view of the business and build important people relationships before spending their final rotation at the destination function. Commercial trainees will be rotated to different functions where they will be exposed to on-the-job learning and getting to know the people in the function. Requirements: Major in Finance, International Trade, International Economics, Supply Chain Some commercial background; prior internship experience in a trading or brokerage institution a plus; 1-2 years working experiences are acceptable; Should have a basic understanding of macro- economics and finance; Comfortable with numbers; enjoys problem solving and intellectual challenge; Flexible nature; able to adapt quickly to changing environment; Works well within a team; confident to voice opinion and open to being challenged; Good communicator; able to articulate complex situations in a concise and clear manner; Good command of English language; Highly proficient in excel and powerpoint.
