Main Responsibilities:
1. Support & Coordinate recruiting processes, vacancy and candidate management to support Consultant.
2. Answer process related and admin question that fall under the scope of service life cycle
3. Preparation of recruitment metrics on monthly base.
4. Talent Pool maintenance and keep contact with potential candidates.
5. Issue fee notes to key accounts.
Competencies & Qualifications:
1. University level degree in BA/ Economics/Human Resource.
2. Local language plus basic English.
3. Passionate on recruiting-related function.
