Introduction:

The purpose of the Management Trainee program is targeting at high caliber fresh graduates or graduated young talents, the selected MTs will rotate to differentfunction position and will be involved in company’s internal project about planning, research, execution to help get the deep insight of the company business, afterwards when trainees’ performance evaluation confirmed to be successful, we will appoint them to a specific position from different departments based on his/her performance. The management trainee will be directly by the managing director of guidance, making him/her can quickly grow up.

Qualification:

1. Expected bachelor or master degree in July 2019;

2. Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese;

3. Good computer skills and analytical skills;

4. Willing to work under pressure;

5. Strong learning desire and ability;

6. Self-disciplined and highly flexible, self-motivated and dynamic;

7. With quick learning ability, team spirit and pleasant personality;

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
