KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责(include EHSS responsibilities)

- support on document management

- support on data management, data analysis, providing relevant data report.

- support on social security document preparation, and contribution in government bureau

- support on the enrollment and exit of supplementary insurance, and travel insurance enrollment

-- Enroll the travel insurance for staff and follow up

- Print, copy, scan the document and take the other duties assigned by supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional Competencies)

- At least 2-3 working days per week

- Sensitive to data analysis

- Strong logical thinking

- Open-minded and self-motivated

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong team spirit
- Good computer competence
