【工作内容&要求】

Responsibilities:

1.
Support online Employer Branding communication, including social media (Weibo, WeChat and LinkedIn), internal newsletter as well as what support is needed for employer brand communication

2.
Cooperate with different stakeholders and vendors for related Organization Development programs

3.
Visual design for different project demands

4.
Participate in different HR initiatives or programs to facilitate the communication and implementation within HR team or across business functions

5.
Assist on other tasks or projects assigned by supervisors

Requirement:

1.
Bachelors or above (preferably in Marketing/Communications, Advertising or Public Relations majors)

2.
HR related internship experience is a strong plus

3.
Good communication skills, copywriting skills and logical thinking,

4.
Good Chinese and English language skill in both written and speaking

5.
Creative thinking and self-motivation

6.
Great Passion on social media marketing and project management

7.
Photoshop and other graphic design skills are highly appreciated

8.
Can commit at least 3 days per week for at least 3 months
