Marketing specialist JD

Our marketing is data-driven, user-centric and relatable to consumers. We are seeking a candidate to accelerate the company’s marketing automation and content influence in China!

Base location: Shanghai

Responsibilities

Marketing automation

ü Manage one-off email campaigns including creating and editing emails, manage targeting and segmentation, scheduling, editing, and deployment to drive program adoption at scale.

ü Manage monthly email calendar to document and schedule all email communications.

ü Optimize against key metrics including marketing funnel, OR and CTR

ü Monitor email performance and make recommendations to grow the email marketing channel.

ü Support to implement different marketing automation functions, including local leads scoring, data base cleansing and automated campaigns in China.

Content

ü Content management and localization to make sure each piece of content is fully implement in different marketing channels

ü Optimize and work out local content for lead nurturing processes through different channels

ü Develop local applications including articles and videos

ü Support marketing intelligence team for specific solutions and applications content

ü Establish closed-loop analytics with global and local teams to understand how content turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers

Requirement

· Bachelor degree or above

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

· Creative and active thinking to be able to generate specific digital marketing

programs.

· Strong presentation and oral and written English skills, CET6 or above prefer.

· Working knowledge, especially good at Excel and PowerPoint

· Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and well organized

· Can on board immediately
