File GNSC related documents in (PO, DSF/PAR track in WCAPA);

Contract and PO management and follow up;

Tracking the manufacture schedule with scheduler;

Attend the supplier coordination meeting. Coordinate the supplier meeting. Document the meeting minutes;

Supplier qualification (ASL/QSL) with function teams;

E/I documentation

Payment request preparation

Monthly KPI & saving tracking

协助开发潜在供应商

获取供应商产品报价，对报价经行成本分析，比价并参与商务谈判

处理GNSC相关文件归档工作（PO，DSF/PAR）

合同以及PO的跟踪管理

根据生产计划，跟踪项目进程

参与协助安排内部以及供应商会议，并进行会议记录。

协同相关部门对供应商经行资质认证（ASL/QSL）

协助准备进出口相关文件

协助准备支付申请

负责每月的KPI的报告和跟踪项目的成本节约
