岗位简介：

美光半导体（西安）招募物流部实习生岗位：

1) 物流/供应链/工业工程等专业背景优先考虑，要求英文流利，熟悉 CAD 绘图软

件。

2) 实习期要求不低于三个月，每周不低于三天，实习期间表现优异者可获得转正

机会。

3) 本岗位对 19 届/20 届毕业生开放，实习期间硕士补贴 180 元/天，本科补贴

150 元/天。

Job Description

You will be responsible for improving material warehouse processes, responsible for analyzing and

optimizing warehouse performance through rack utilization analysis, incoming material capacity

planning, lay out improvement, and business plan coordination.

Responsibilities and Tasks

? Maintain accurate capacity, lay out, module model in MXA material Warehouse.

? Apply industrial engineering concepts to line management, capacity analysis, scheduling and

production planning.

? Evaluate scenarios representing changes in MOR/TOR, perform what if scenarios as needed,

and work with procurement and production to understand the impact of the changes.

? Coordinate rack utilization and location with facilities personnel and area stake holders.

? Partner with the site IE and related team to keep updated on area issues, priorities and

projects.

? All team members are required to complete their learning items within the stipulated time

frame.

Education

Required

Bachelors Degree or above

? Engineering - Industrial

? Production and Operations Management (POM)

Experience

Required

Experience in any of the following:

? Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with supported areas and peers

and gain their trust and respect

? Strong understanding of statistics, data analysis and problem solving

? Advanced understanding of Manufacturing Science (scheduling, inventory management,

capacity planning, etc.)

? Intermediate to advanced understanding of area tool configurations, capabilities, and basic

process and mechanical functionality

? Excellent multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills

? Intermediate to advanced knowledge of database management methods and techniques

Qualifications

? Demonstrated skill at prioritizing area projects for Engineering and Production based on

capacity and cycle time needs

? Proven skill at continuously improving their area by striving to increase output of the Fab and

reduce area cycle time
