开利在中国

随着开利1987年在中国成立第一家合资公司,公司在中国的历史可以追溯到1937年,开利的空调系统安装在中国银行大厦,当时上海最高的建筑!那时,开利空调服务于许多重要项目,例如上海大光明影院,以及沈阳到大连的城际列车等等。

2005年4月,开利在上海浦东举行了开利全球第11个研发中心的奠基仪式。该中心可同时开展多个重大研发项目,产品涵盖风机盘管、涡旋机组、螺杆机组、离心机组、大型溴化锂机组以及商用冷冻产品。开利上海研发中心拥有10多套专业的测试设备,其中风冷冷水(热泵)机组性能试验装置可以测量最大制冷(热)量高达1300kW的机组,成为世界上同类型试验装置中最大的风冷冷水(热泵)机组测试装置。

全球领先的生产基地

开利在中国拥有二家工厂,分别是生产空调主机产品的,上海一冷开利空调设备有限公司宝山工厂、生产空调末端设备为主的上海一冷开利空调设备有限公司通惠工厂。

2004年10月,开利投资1500万美元在一冷工厂设立了全球压缩机中心。该中心使开利在中国大型商用压缩机(包括活塞式、螺杆式和离心式)的年产量提高了15倍。这些压缩机产品将应用于商用空调和冷冻市场。

开利空调设备涵盖离心式、螺杆式、涡旋式和活塞式水冷及风冷机组,热泵机组,吸收式溴化锂机组,以及主要空气末端产品和家用小型中央空调,丰富的产品种类可以完全满足不同客户的多样化需求,适用于大型综合建筑、机场、办公楼、酒店、数据中心、医院、餐饮及别墅等多种应用。

在中国近三十年的发展历程中,开利的先进性和可靠性不断通过众多耳熟能详的项目得以验证!开利商用中央空调凭借其卓越的使用性能和显著的节能效果获得客户广泛认可,已先后服务于北京人民大会堂、上海东方明珠电视塔、上海金茂大厦、上海环球金融中心、上海国金中心、上海新国际博览中心、天津高银117大厦、武汉中心、重庆环球金融中心、深圳福田科技广场、成都凯德天府广场等著名建筑场所,并获得万达、华润、世茂等众多知名地产集团认可,成为战略合作伙伴。

此外,开利商用中央空调还积极投身于中国的交通设施建设。在北京首都国际机场、上海浦东国际机场、广州新白云国际机场、广州地铁1号线、西安地铁1号线和2号线等许多重大的交通枢纽工程中都留下身影。同时,还有25条城市轨道交通线路、23个火车站以及23个汽车站都使用了开利空调。

在中国文化体育事业的发展中,开利空调同样贡献卓著,多次成功得服务于大型国际性、地区性的重大场馆,如1999年昆明世界园艺博览会、2000年北京中华世纪坛、2002年广州奥林匹克中心、2005年上海F1方程式赛车和ATP大师杯网球总决赛场馆。特别值得自豪的是2008年北京奥运会,将近70%的体育场馆,包括 水立方 国家游泳中心、 鸟巢 国家体育场、五棵松体育馆等,均采用了开利空调产品,更特别建立北京奥运远程监控中心,确保空调系统在最佳条件下高效运行。还有,2010年上海世博会,开利空调被选择在包括世博轴、世博中心和主题馆在内的三个核心永久性场馆中使用,并向上海世博会的国家馆、国际组织馆及企业馆提供了空气端产品。

二、招聘岗位及需求

招生对象面向2019年全日制应届高校毕业生。培养方向主要涵盖制冷、系统、机械、软件、测试等。具体如下:

4 VFD Mechanical engineer Master or above Mechanical Design and Automation Familiar with CAD, Pro-E, Solidworks software Experience on mechnical structure design Power electronics background is preferred Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5 Sound and Vibration Modeling Engineer Master or above Mechanical Engineering, Sound and vibration & CFD Power Engineer Strong fundamentals in mechanics and structural vibration, as well as knowledge in sound Familiar to FEA theory and proficient in one of major FEA software Familiarity with HVAC&R equipment and systems is a plus

6 Centrifugal Comp Mechanical Engineer Master or above Compressor, Mechanical, FEA or related Strong technical background on mechanical design and development. Capable of FEA (Ansys for example) for static structure and, modal thermal, and fatigue analysis Working experience on cost reduction project Be able to speak and write fluent English for technical communication.

7 Bearing and Rotor Dynamic Engineer Master or above Compressor, Mag bearing, Rotor dynamics or related Strong technical background on bearing application and design. Capable of rotor dynamic analysis of rotary machinery. Familiar with compressor or motor will be a plus. Be able to speak and write fluent English for technical communication.

8 Screw Comp Mechanical Engineer Master or above Compressor, Refrigeration, Mechanical or related Experience in compressor performance / structure / pneumatic analysis is preferred Familiar with the manufacturing process of castings and finished parts is preferred Basic knowledge of refrigeration or air conditioning is preferred Proficiency in application of FEA software for structural optimization analysis

9 Senior Modeling Engineer Master or above Thermal, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning, Power Engineering, Fluid Machinery or Engineering Mechanics Strong background in heat transfer, thermodynamics, calculus and numerical analysis Modeling experience of thermal fluid systems. Programming experience in Modelica, Python, C , C#, Java, or similar languages. Experience of developing/implementing algorithms in solving large nonlinear algebraic equation systems or differential equation systems are preferred Engineering experience in design or application of HVAC/R or Power plant equipment.

1 Associate Design Engineer / Design Engineer Bachelor or above Mechanical, Design & Automation or Computer Science Skilled in at least one 2D or 3D CAD software, Creo is preferred. Familiar with MS Office. Familiar with GD&T primary foundation. Basic knowledge on mechanical design & drawing. Strong English reading and writing skills. Good working attitude & teamwork spirit. Know about Pressure Vessel design and related standard. GB or ASME knowledge is preferred.

1 Chiller Application Engineer Master or above Refrigeration & Cryogenics, Thermodynamics & Heat Transfer Have a solid foundation of HVAC, Refrigeration and Heat Transfer technology. Strong English reading, writing skills and data analysis ability. Good ability to learning, communication and execution. Excellent analysis report writing and presentation capability.

1 Senior Control Engineer Master or above Refrigeration & Cryogenics, Control Expertise in control algorithm development and control system architecture design Proficiency in controller development software (like C/C /Matlab/Simulink), real time operating system and communication protocols Solid technical writing, presentation, project management and communication skills Good English skills on both written and speaking

1 Software Engineer Master or above Applied mathematics, Controls, Computer Science,Software Engineering" Strong programming skills in C , C#, Java, Visual Basic 6.0, or similar languages are required. 2 R&D Engineering - Optimization/Computation Master or above Applied mathematics; controls; computer science; Engineering mechanics In-depth knowledge and experience in the theory and tools of continuous and discrete, deterministic and stochastic optimization. In-depth knowledge and experience in the theory and tools of solving large non-linear equation systems as well as differential algebraic equation systems Programming experience in Modelica, Python, C , C#, Java, or similar languages. Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and good communication skills.

2 Senior Control Algorithm Engineer Master or above Applied mathematics; controls; The successful candidate will possess technical knowledge in classical and modern control theory including practical nonlinear control and system identification techniques and knowledge of numerical methods and dynamic process modeling. Experience with part or all of the control development, verification and implementation process, starting with dynamical system model development, system analysis, control algorithm and architecture development, implementation within an embedded system, and control verification is desired. Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink/State Flow or similar CAE tools is highly desirable.

2 QA Engineer Master or above Computer Science,Software Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering Experience in designing and running functionality and performance tests Experience with QA processes and tools, test management systems, QA automation, analyzing bug trends. Preference for experience in agile development methodologies Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems Experience with automated testing or development will be a plus
