JobDescription:

We are looking forambitious and enthusiastic graduates to join our Company and grow througha Development Program set for the next 5 years. This path will includedifferent roles within the Manufacturing function in different departments(i.e.: Logistics, Quality, Lean Production, Assembly) and will touch varioussites/plants located in different countries of the world. The aim of thisprogram is to welcome on board talent graduates that will be able to becomePlant Managers at the end of the path; a structured and multifunctionaltraining program from day one will support the resource.

Responsibilities

The candidate will bemanaging multiple outputs in the areas that he/she will touch: peoplemanagement, metrics, productivity targets and process improvements. He/she willwork in a learning environment that allows having the chance to work alongsideexperienced leaders, giving you a unique insight into our business and theskills you need to excel within it.

Basic Qualifications

We want to hire bright mindsand offer them an environment in which the candidate can continuously learn andacquire new competences to enlarge his/her professional experience. Thecandidate should have:

-Master degree in one of thefollowing fields: Production Engineering or Automotive Engineering;

- Fluent Knowledge ofForeign Languages (English mandatory, another language is a plus);

- Availability to travel andwork abroad;

- A strong leadershipability and excellent communications skills across all levels within a diverseculture;

- A results-driven approachwith analytical capability;

- A strong decision makingskills, that use sound reasoning and when required use consultation to achieveconsensus;

- A proactive and flexibleapproach;

- Problem solving attitude.
