PURPOSE

Main Objective

The Inside Sales Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate customer quotations on a timely basis. This position is responsible for selecting equipment that both hydraulically and mechanically meets the customer s requirements. An ISE must have a high level of practical technical knowledge in order to offer the proper equipment while minimizing costs in order to maximize order attainment. The Inside Sales Engineer will have an a strong knowledge of hydraulics, Ruhrpumpen products, key supporting products and application engineering processes.

2）PE

IDENTIFICATION

Position Title: Project Engineer Area: China Plant Date: 2016/07/01

Department: Engineering Position Supervisor: Engineering Supervisor/Manager

PURPOSE

Completes assigned engineering/technical tasks under the direction of Senior Project Engineer and/or leadership. Entry level technical understanding of vertical and horizontal centrifugal pumps. Assists project managers, customers, and vendors as to the proper application, specification, components and special features of a particular job for customer s efficiency and reliability through published product materials, product training and personal contact.

RESPONSIBILITY

1. Provide technical guidance to vendors and customers to maximize customer satisfaction with products and services. T

2. Review technical standards in the project contracts. Provide professional suggestion if it is necessary. T

3. Identify high customer value features with revenue growth opportunities that meet the needs of key applications. T

4. Visit and Support workshop daily and provide technical guidance or proposals if it is required. T

5. Work out BOM in the system. Provide technical guidance on spare parts for purchase department. T

6. Drawing and design Review. Check those drawings from suppliers and provide technical guidance and modification proposal if it is necessary. Especially inpiping system, base plate, GA. T

7. Develop project objectives by reviewing project SOD s and PMU s; conferring with management as needed. T

8. Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies as necessary P

9. Communicate with designing institute while there is any design cases T

10. Drawings management. Filling existing drawings. T

11. Closely work with Quality department on NCR report T

12. Strictly follow up the Employee Handbook guidance and company regulations. T

3）Document Controller

IDENTIFICATION

PURPOSE

Processing, collecting, submitting, controlling and archiving the project related documentation for all phase of order for new equipment, after market and rework equipment to meet or exceed the customer s requirements, agreements and company s procedure, requirements. Assist project manager and project engineer to finish the project related documentation.

RESPONSIBILITY

1. Understanding the customer s requirements for documentation. T

2. Processing the documentation which is assigned by Project manager according to the customer s requirements and the Documents index and Schedule . T

4. Submitting the documentation to customer before the documentation submittal deadline which is defined in the customer s requirement and the Documents Index and schedule . T

5. Controlling and Archiving all the documentation. T

6. Report project documentation status frequently to project manager and internal departments involved. T

7. Communicate with internal departments, customers and sales all information exchanged. T

8. Strictly follow up the Employee Handbook guidance and follow up the Confidential Duties as company requires to. T

9. Strictly follow up the EHS guidance and requirement. T

10. Perform other duties as assigned by superior. T

3）IT Engineering Automation
