MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support to achieve the InMarket Sales Target according to the formulated sales plan through the assigned customer (surgeons and hospital) account, through the execution of regional promotion programs, surgeon support programs etc.

To provide product s professional technical support to the assigned customer account.

To support and monitor the distributor sales force for sales generation and new market development.

To feedback the market situation for strategic formulation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree or above in Medical, Biomedical Engineering

POSITION DESCRIPTION

To represent Medtronic during surgeries, implants and follow-ups by providing strong technical support

To ensure that the Company s agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Represent Medtronic during surgeries, implants and follow-ups in hospitals

Demonstrate expertise and provide consultancy services in all aspects of implant and troubleshooting techniques if required

Provide on call support as needed for surgeries, reprogramming, troubleshooting, follow-up, etc. on evenings and weekends

Fully master knowledge regarding pacing, Medtronic programs, products and services and competitive products

Provide support with technical investigations and clinical trials collection in assigned institutions. Ensures completion of necessary documentation

Complete service report timely

Monitor technical performance of dealer to ensure required quality

Educate and train technicians of hospital and dealer on matters

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor s degree in medical, nursing and/or medical engineering

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs medical device product design and development activities per assignment and collaboration with team members:

Understanding user needs and create product design specifications.

Design product structures, and breakdown to suitable parts level.

Parts model and material selection and definition. Creates models and prototypes to check the design, debug and optimize the design.

Conducts testing to verify parts and final product meet specification and requirements.

Documentation deliverables for the responsible activities. Conducts documentation with design controls and risk analysis in accordance with established design control/quality SOPs.

Contributes inventions, new designs and techniques associated with the completion of specific product development.

Adheres to safety policy and procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

B.S. or M.S. degree engineering education background, Mechanical, Material, Biomedical/Electronic Engineering, Optical, or related discipline specialty. Doctoral students preferred.

Have system modeling and simulation experience. Skilled in ProE, Matlab, Protel, or related design tool. Scientific or Technical project experience required. Company part-time internship experience, especially in medical device development area, is preferred.

English proficiency in both written and spoken, able to work in global collaborating environment.

Open minded and fast leaning. Enthusiasm and good communication.
