Job Responsibilities:
-Reviews customer request and cooperate with cross function to develop new headphone or microphone.
-Responsible for detail design of all related mechanical components for all headphone or microphone.
-Accurately and regularly reports all issues from customer and supplier.
-As a team member, and directly interfaces with Harman Consumer Engineering teams Program Manager on a daily or as needed basis.
-Provides direct as needed on-site interface with suppliers and sub-supplier program management, engineering, and manufacturing groups.
-Works very closely with customer and on site to discuss with customer.
-Covers multiple design and manufacturers as required.
-Review as needed mechanical methods and designs for manufacturing feasibility.
-Responsible for overseeing suppliers detail design and methods to ensure compliance with our product goals and quality testing procedures.

Basic Qualifications:
-Master degree or bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering or related; students in junior year or second-grade postegraduates would be prefer;
-Have basis knowlage of software tools such as, ACAD, Pro-e
-Good verbal and written communications skills, including technical documentation using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
-Good knowledge in spoken and written English
