岗位职责 Job Description：

1. To evaluate the new requirement from customer.

评估客户最新的需求

2. 开发、定义新的DCS子系统以满足客户需求；

Develop and define the new DCS requirements and perform the development of the DCS subsystem correctly.

3. 负责收集客户新的DCS需求，并进行可行性分析和交易研究，对设计配置方案及功能特性进行评估；

Collect the Customer new DCS requirements and performing feasibility analyses, and technical trade-off studies evaluating alternative design configurations and functional features;

4. 将客户新的DCS需求转换为概念设计；

Converts the Customer new DCS requirements into conceptual designs;

5. 通过分析、模块分解及精炼客户需求及典型列车控制区域需求来准备新的DCS子系统需求规格书，接口需求书以及测试需求文件；

Prepares new DCS subsystem requirement specifications, interface requirements and test requirement documents by analysing, decomposing modelling and refining customer requirements and typical train control domain requirements;

6. 通过模拟来验证DCS设计的可行性和可操作性；

Performs simulations to identify new DCS design feasibility & driving requirements;

7. 通过测试及参数分析来进一步优化DCS设计；

Performs the testing and performance analysis to further optimize the new DCS design;

8. 为项目配置新的DCS设计方案；

Deploy the new DCS design correctly in the project;

9. 清晰、完整、简洁及无歧义的将设计进展反馈给客户以及本公司其他工程/管理团队Presents technical design proposals and reports to customers and/or other engineering/management groups in clear, complete, concise and non-ambiguous terms;

10. 完成领导要求的其它工作。

任职要求Job Requirement：

1. 通信，电气工程，计算机科学或者相关的专业本科及以上；

Bachelor degree or above in Communication, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent;

2. 3年及以上的相关工作经验；

3+ years of relevant work experience;

3. 具有良好的沟通能力，能够协调产品各阶段技术、生产、品管、采购等部门的工作；

Good communication, have ability to coordinate each phase products work, which includes Technical Dept., Manufacture Dept., QA(quality assurance) Dept., Purchase Dept., etc;

4. 流利的英语读写能力；

Fluent English in oral and written;

5. 熟悉现代软件开发方法工具和软件规格；

Familiar with modern software development methodology tools and software specification;

6. 铁路信号方面的知识和经验（通讯，ATC，城市轨道交通CBTC和/或者ERTMS技术都将是一个加分项）。

Some knowledge and experience in railway signalling (Communication, ATC, Metros, CBTC and/or ERTMS technologies would be a plus).
