Roles & Responsibilities

Be the interface between program team and functional engineering;

Timely communicate with LVEA(Lead vehicle engineering activity) and JV(Joint Venture) to ensure engineering information is correctly delivered;

Deliver program milestone deliverables (quality, timing and cost) along with function;

Ensure and coordinate robust engineering sign off for localized parts with function;

Ensure and coordinate Functional support at Program special events;

Present functional status at weekly Program Steering Team(PST) meeting, Tech Reviews, etc and program milestone reviews;

Chair regular reviews to manage program business with the Function and PMT leader;

Lead local build process for the functional area at all build events managing issue resolution and coordinate cross-functional engineering issue resolution and communication;

Ensure resource requirements are defined by Function and communicated to PM and consistent with Program Direction.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Bachelor Degree or above in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering;

Understand Body Interior system and vehicle performance;

Familiar with product development process;

Willing to take more responsibility, have ownership for the assigned program;

Be flexible for travelling in China mainland;

Be Proactive and Passionate;

Fluent English and good communication skills.
