Act as receptionist to sit at the reception desk answering all the companywide calls and make call transfer.

Print Welcome card and Serve water/coffee/ fruit to customers/visitors when necessary.

Collect all HK People’s travel forecast to arrange daily vehicle and do coordination to daily vehicle arrangement

Manage and control stationary

Arrange external vehicle for business needs and control cost

Requirement :

Excellent communication, inter-personal, negotiation and problem-solving skills

Able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule

Mature, self-motivated, independent, with pleasant, organized and outgoing personality

Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure

Proficiency in MS Words, PowerPoint and Excel

Good written and spoken English is preferred
