It started with a vision. Michael Hsing, pioneering engineer and CEO, founded Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. in 1997 with the belief that an entire power system could be integrated onto a single chip. 岗位介绍:

一、Intermediate Application Engineer中级应用工程师（10名）

10k~15k / 杭州西湖区 / 研究生及以上

需求专业：

电气工程及自动化学院 / 机电工程学院

岗位职责:

1、Work with design engineers, field applications and marketing team to define and debug analog IC products; 跟IC设计工程师，现场应用及市场团队合作，定义并调试模拟IC；

2、Evaluate new products and generate reports; 评估新产品并撰写测试报告；

3、Develop application reference circuits; 设计应用参考线路图；

4、Write datasheets, application notes, design notes; 撰写产品规格书，应用设计手册；

5、Provide application support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers。向现场应用工程师及主要客户提供技术支持和技术培训。

岗位要求:

1、MSEE or equivalent; 应具备电气工程学硕士及等效学历；

2、With hardware implementation skills; 良好的硬件电路实现，调试能力；

3、With ability of analyzing complex analog and power electronic circuit;

具备分析复杂的模拟电路及电力电子线路的能力；

4、Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills; 良好的沟通，撰写及做报告的能力；

5、Fluent communication skills in English; 良好的英语沟通能力；

6、Experience in a power industry or power management IC company will be better;

开关电源行业相关工作经验者尤佳。

二、Digital Application Engineer 数字应用工程师（5名）

8k~15k / 研究生及以上

需求专业：

电气工程及自动化学院 / 机电工程学院

岗位职责:

1、Define MPS's future digital power IC; 定义与开发MPS数字电源芯片；

2、The primary responsibility is designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging programs on FPGA platforms; 使用FPGA平台架构混合芯片模型，并开发调试数字控制源代码；

3、Perform functional verification of designs on block and chip level. 使用Verilog设计芯片仿真模型;

4、Design and debug the analog circuit to implement the new function defined. 实现芯片新功能的模拟电路部分设计和调试;

5、The responsibilities include the development of new features and products, and support the designer to implement the new products. 定义与设计新产品的功能，并支持混合信号芯片设计工程师设计该新产品。

岗位要求:

1、MSEE or equivalent; 应具备电气工程学硕士及等效学历；

2、Good at the DSP or MCU processor, familiar with FPGA will be better; 会使用DSP或者 MCU等处理器，会使用FPGA尤佳；

三、Application Engineer应用工程师（5名）

岗位职责:

1、Assistant in product road test and customer support; 协助进行产品测试及客户支持工作；

2、Revision part s road test and customer support; 独立进行改版产品的测试及客户支持工作；

3、Be familiar with product function, feature and application; 熟悉负责产品的特性特点及应用；

4、Assistant in issue analysis and circuit debugging during the project; 在项目进行过程中，协助分析问题，调试电路；

5、Write test report and file archive; 文档撰写及整理；

6、Project status management; 项目进度管理。

岗位要求:

1、Electronic technology and related; 电子技术及相关专业；

2、Basic electronic topology and principle background; 具备良好的电子电路基础知识；

3、Basic capability of electronic circuit setup and operation; 具备良好的电子电路实验操作能力；

4、Good English reading and writing ability, CET-4 is a must; 良好的英语读写能力，英语四级及以上；

5、Bachelor degree and above; 本科学历及以上；

四、Software Engineer软件工程师（2名）

需求专业：

电子信息学院 / 计算机学院 / 软件工程学院 / 自动化学院

岗位职责:

1、Work with a team of software engineers to design and build world class Windows applications that allow MPS customers to interface with our programmable products. 负责与软件设计师一起完成设计、开发Windows应用程序.

2、Work with Product Application Engineers to gather and understand and document software requirements. 负责与产品应用工程师对接，收集、整理软件需求.

3、Work with QA engineers to define test plans. 负责协助测试工程师制作测试计划.

4、Use JIRA and SCRUM process to manage projects and track progress. 使用JIRA和SCRUM项目管理工具.

5、Work with QA engineers to setup automated tests as needed. 负责助测测试工程师建立自动化测试.

岗位要求:

1、Familiar with developing Windows Desktop applications using Visual Studio and C#. 熟悉Windows桌面程序开发，熟悉VS和C#.

2、Familiar with .NET, MVC, LINQ a plus. 熟悉.NET,MVC,LINQ优先.

3、Familiar with Firmware libraries a plus. 熟悉Firmware libraries优先.

4、Good English communication, writing, and presentation skills. 良好的英语沟通、写作和表达能力

5、Good team player. 良好的团队合作精神.
