职位: Management Trainee, Beijing based.

RESPONSIBILITIES

u Understand the definition of key positon holders at each industry

u Attend Consultants case briefings and understand clients needs

u Assist with identifying potential candidates according to Consultant s instructions and create contact lists

u Approach potential candidates through cold calls, LinkedIn, Liepin etc.

u Conduct basic phone screenings with potential candidates and key in information into contact lists

u Organize contact lists and pass them to Consultants for processing

u Daily reviews with Consultants for improvement and search direction adjustment

REQUIREMENTS

u Year 2019 undergraduates and postgraduates (2019届本科及硕士毕业生)

u Human Resources, Business, Design and Technology or English majors preferred

u Fluent in both written and spoken English

u Good communication skills

u Down-to-earth, willing to learn

u Flexible, open-minded and able to work under pressure
