Key duties include:

Manage the process of monthly production performance for non-coded employees, ensure operators are fairly measured and rewarded, verify standard and track monthly data accuracy

Being attendance system administrator, responsible for manage employee attendance /OT/ Leave for non-coded employees, upgrade attendance policy

Responsible for Salaried & Hourly employee on boarding & Exit process;

Being a super user of local labor contact system and data maintain, compliance with labor law req;

Hold Monthly review meeting with production supervisors to track non coded employee data; and provide constructive solution to address problem;

Coordinate with EHS dept. on non-coded employee occupational hazard health check & salaried employee annual health check activity;

Lead employee business insurance program, Working injuries Application process;

Internship management: includes internship agreement/Insurance/Service fee application;

Labor contract renew/Probation review;

Other assigned tasks.

Education and Experience:
