New CAs enters a 3 years multi-functional rotation program, through 2 rotations in different functions within China Consumer business. It’s a trainee program, we hire the world’s brightest minds and offer them an environment in which they can relentlessly improve the experience for our customers. Examples of rotation assignments include work in multiple dynamic areas and offer customers greater selection, lower prices, more in-stock, and a best-in-class shopping experience/ leverage all online traffic channels to highlight our brands and products, initiate promotions to bring awareness to our stores and help customers collect enough page information before they make orders/ demand planning and developing and executing category level inventory strategies to maximize sales, margin and inventory turns, have end to end ownership of the inventory from manufacturer to end customer. Overall to say, as a Consumer Associate, we want you to help share and shape our mission to be Earth’s most customer-centric company. You will be selected to take one role of below positions in consumer business as the starting role, and go through the others rotation on different roles in the following years and become a future leader in Amazon.

Here is what we are looking for:
? Bachelor and above degree, ideally with some exposure to retail industry
? Proficiency in English is strongly desired
? Excellent communication skills with team work spirits
? High degree of proactive “hands-on” thinking and acting
? Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly pick up the relevant system tools
? Self-starter with strong learning capabilities, capable to work well under high pressure
? Self-organized, deal well with multi-task situation
? Always insist on the high standards and keep progressing
