Responsibilities:
Finish payroll monthly closing procedure correctly and on time
Follow and analyze the changes of labor cost, make accounting adjustment according to company rules
Follow and update the labor rules of the city which HR team are responsible for, be familiar with local regulation
Be responsible for social insurance and housing fund related work
Manage contract renew and internal transfer
Help internal employees to apply Shanghai HuKou
Maintain P-File of BE employees
Other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirements&skills:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Law or Math is preferred
2 Years work experience in Compensation& Benefits
Have strong responsibly, good logically, and good sense of number
Have good Excel skill is a must, work hard and under pressure
Fluent in both written and spoken English
