We are currently looking for an Administration Officer who will be responsible for:

？ Managing general office administration and finance

？ Providing administrative assistance to project team

？ Processing payment requests, reimbursements and managing documentation

？ Maintaining project filing systems and databases

？ Working with management on planning organisational needs

？ Ensuring high quality and timely delivery of all expense reports to EC

Ideal candidates require:

？ University degree

？ Interest in international relations, especially between the European Union and China

？ Team player with strong coordination and organisational skills

？ Highly motivated and hard working

？ Reliability, initiative, thoroughness and attention to detail

？ Good communication skills

？ Fluency in written and spoken English required; fluent in Chinese

？ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
