主要职责：

1. 进行船舶所需的物料、备件等的采购与供应；

2. 跟踪处理船舶申请单；从供应商处获取报价；选择合适供应商发放订单；

3. 监控所订购货品之安排情况, 确保及时安排供船；

4. 在发生不合格供应品时对其实施跟踪纠正；

5. 参与对供品质量及相关供应商的评估；

6. 检查发票，安排付款，作好记录；

7. 跟踪外部文件，如公约及其修正案、船旗国要求、港口国规定、船级社规则和指南、行业组织指南的变动等，确保采购符合要求；

8. 完成上级领导交给的其它事务。

适任条件

1. 具有在其它公司担任该职务经历或本公司岸基工作经历；

2. 具有大学专科以上学历；

3. 具有良好的中、英文表达能力；

4. 具有良好的协调和沟通能力；

5. 努力工作，必要时自愿超时工作；

6. 身体健康，形象端正。

Main duties

1. To perform purchasing and supplying of ships required stores, spares etc.

2. Tracing/processing ship's application form. Get quotation from vendors. Select suitable supplier and to issue purchasing orders.

3. Monitor arrangement of ordered goods, ensure it will be delivered timely.

4. Tracing and rectify defects when found unqualified supplies.

5. Participate in evaluation of supplies' quality and concerned suppliers.

6. Check invoice, arrange its payment, and keep records well;

7. Tracing external file, such as convention and its amendment, flag state requirement, port state rules, class rules and guidelines, changes of industry organization guidelines, to ensure purchasing meet requirements;

8. Do other works assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

1. Similar experience in other company or serviced in the Company's office;

2. Associate degree or above;

3. Good command of Chinese and English;

4. Good coordination and communication skills;

5. Willingness to work hard and overtime, when necessary;

6. Good health and appearance.
