The DBS Management Associate Programme (MAP) is a high-profile leadership development programme aimed at grooming our bank’s future leaders. This 24-month programme gives top candidates first-hand experience across the bank’s diverse business areas, equipping them with a sound foundation for a successful career in banking.

As a Management Associate (MA) with Asia’s best bank, you will gain good working knowledge of the bank’s various businesses. You will go through a structured rotation programme and nine weeks of campus training. You will also receive a coveted two-year overseas posting if you are the programme’s top MA.

Comprehensive and exciting, your training and development will involve:

Experience

You will be assigned a Programme Manager, who will work with you to design a tailored Individual Development Plan based on your career goals and the bank’s business priorities. You will be trained on the job in various roles, receiving a broad-based experience across the bank.

Education

You will embark on a rigorous, structured induction programme beginning in August at the bank’s Singapore headquarters.

Exposure

You will get to know fellow MAs in the region and engage with the bank’s top executives, helping them gain deeper insight into the banking business.

We want high-potential go-getters like you who:

Have a Master’s degree in any discipline from a reputable university, with no more than 3 years of work experience.

Candidates with 2-3 years of work experience will have an advantage.

Have experience in leadership roles and a proven track record of handling challenging projects.

Are adaptable, creative, decisive and resilient, and have a digital mindset.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Shortlisted candidates at various stages will go through -

Stage 1 - Play a game: November 2018 to December 2018

Stage 2 - Complete an online cognitive assessment: November 2018 to December 2018.

Stage 3 - Progress to Video Interview: November 2018 to December 2018.

Stage 4 - Attend a 12-hour MAckathon: December 2018 or January 2019

Stage 5 - Attend panel interviews with Senior Management: January 2019 to February 2019.

Stage 6 - Successful candidate will receive an offer to join the 2019 Management Associate Programme from February 2019.
