Associate

Key responsibilities:

？ Participating in the execution of transactions, including project coordination between country, industry and the third party.

？ Contributing to the production of presentation materials, preparing transaction documents, conducting due diligence.

？ Preparing and contributing to delivery of client presentations and interacting well formally and informally with client personnel at all levels.

？ Performing financial analysis and detailed industry research.

？ Providing support to senior team members on deal execution.

Qualifications:

？ At least 1 years of experience from an investment bank, management consulting firm, private equity or equivalent experience.

？ A well-rounded academic background from renowned university.

？ Strong analytical skills and familiar with financial market data tools.

？ Proactive, self-motivated with good interpersonal skill.

？ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
