Job Function: Continuous Improvement

Key responsibilities

Engineer level for KPI dashboard reporting

Return on Investment studies - Automation

PCU support for IE process deployment

Develop, Test & Promote lean manufacturing

Competence & Criteria Required

Fluent in oral & written English

Analytic, systematic, fast-learning, autonomous, federator

Excellent understanding of IE/Lean Manufacturing/continues improvement

Master degree with major in Industrial engineering / Lean Manufacturing /Automation /Process Engineering or other related majors.

物流与供应链数据分析实习生SCM Data Analysis Internship (3-6 months)

Job Function: Supply Chain Management

Key responsibilities

Data collection from ERP system

Report running

Data analysis of deviation ( KPI failure factors)

Tableau report set up

Tableau report edit

Competence & Criteria Required

Good at oral & written English

Master degree with major Statistic / SCM modeling/or SCM

Good at Excel

SQL programming/, C# and C++ (for devops) is a plus

质量工程数据分析实习生　Quality Engineering Data Analysis Internship (3-6 months)

Job Function: Central Quality Assurance

Key responsibilities

Quality KPI analysis

项目实习生 Project Engineering Internship (3-6 months)

项目A : 卡体树脂胶在低压力压合方案开发

项目定义:

分析卡体树脂胶不同时间和压力压合条件下的特性变化.

提出降低卡体压合的压力的方案.

方案必须满足卡体厚度和平整度抗变形等相关标准要求;

目的: 通过压力降低减少元器件损坏的风险, 同时保证卡体卡体特性符合要求.

项目B: WITSCHI数据提系统Automize data analysis

项目定义:

对动态变化的数据进行抓取图像，(单片机);

正确的提取数据，并与真实数据进行比较确认数据的可靠性.

Competence & Criteria Required

Master degree with major in Electronics, Programing, Engineering or other related majors;
