Job Responsibilities:

As a teaching assistant, the job holder will undertake duties in support of the work of the teaching staff of the school. The precise duties will be determined by the Head of School consistent with the main areas of responsibility set out below. Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

作为深圳曼彻斯通城堡学校助教，本岗位将承担学校外籍教师的教学服务及支持工作职责。详细的科目领域及职责将由校长决定，主要工作职责包括但不限于以下内容：

The preparation of materials and equipment (if needed) for lessons.

准备教学所需的相关材料及设备。

Work alongside and under the guidance of the lead teacher, supporting access to students’ learning and the management of the classroom.

与任课老师共同工作并接受任课老师的指导，支持学生教学工作及课堂管理工作。

To encourage the social, emotional and personal development of each student.

支持并服务于学生的社交、情感及个体发展。

Working alongside the teacher to prepare and maintain the classroom environment. Supervising the behaviour of students in the classroom and during school related activities

与教师共同工作，准备并维护课堂环境，监督并管理学生在学校的行为。

To work alongside the teacher to promote and maintain a healthy and safe learning environment.

与教师共同工作，促进并保持健康、安全的教学环境。

Encourage and support students or groups of students engaged in curriculum activities.

鼓励并支持学生的相关课程活动。

Clearly pass on information between parents and the teachers as required.

准确传递学生家长与教师之间的相关信息。

To supervise and support students outside of the classroom.

监督、支持学生的课外活动。

To assist in observation and record keeping as required.

按照要求，协助教师进行学生行为的观察、跟踪和记录。

To plan and evaluate activities for the curriculum under supervision.

计划、评估与课程相关的活动。

To provide administrative class support as required and any other job or function given to you by the person to whom you report.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, major in education related

教育相关学科本科及以上学历。

Clear communication skills

优秀的沟通技能。

Have knowledge of the appropriate curriculum

Excellent in language skills both in English and Chinese.
