Work temp for 5 months

短期实习5个月

To confirm the delivery time with supplier. Prepare the receipt documentation per goods delivery.

确认产品的交货期，根据供应商交货信息及实际情况准备收货箱单等相关文件。

Update order and products data timely in SAP.

及时更新系统中的订单与产品的信息

Tracking problems products make sure it return after repairing.

跟踪返修品并确保返修后货物及时返还。

To check the invoice with the supplier, make sure the accounts are in order, and arrange the payment on time.

每个月核对发票，确保账目清晰的同时准时付款给供应商。

Requirements （要求）

Education/ 教育背景:

College degree above, prefer major in trading.

大专及以上学历，贸易专业优先。

Required Experience/ 工作经验:

Fresh graduate or with one-year experience in relative field.

毕业生或一年的相关工作经验。

Required Abilities / 所需知识技能:

Computer literate.

较强的计算机操作技能。

Hardworking, high responsibility, adaptive to new environment & be able to take pressure.

刻苦努力，具有强烈的责任感，能适应新环境并承受较大的工作压力。
