任职要求:

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both oral and written)

Engineering Bachelor Degree + MBA is required, with outstanding academic results

Focus on a specific industry (e.g. automotive, internet etc.)

An analytical thinker and also able to solve problems creatively

Comprehensive computer skills with understanding of basic coding, experience and knowledge of database and statistical software (Such as SAS, R, Python), an d ability to work with large datasets

Ability to translate scientific insights into product decisions and work streams

Good people skills, team oriented, quality driven, highly committed and professional
