Position:

Legal Intern - Corporate Practice, FCPA

Responsibility:




Provide legal and business research

Provide legal translation

Make calls with local authorities to inquire for legal and regulatory issues

Collect, compile and format legal documents

Prepare advice and other communications internally to the team and externally to clients

Qualifications:

PRC bar qualified or foreign bar qualification is MUST

PRC law degree from reputable law school is required; foreign law degree or education is preferred

Work or internship experience in Tax practice with reputable law firms is preferred

Working experience in servcing foreign clients is preferred

Native Chinese and fluent English
