Employee life circle management, including: p-file management, contract management, on-board and check-out management;

Employee welfare support: work with HRM to improve and facilitate the parties and team buildings;

VISA and foreigner support: work with vendor to apply, extend and cancel the VISA/working permit, provide relocation support to foreigners, and provide emergency support;

Maintain HR system and database secure all teammates’ basic information are correct and updated

Attendance Management

Office Supply Procurement

Training Facilitation: Handle logistic arrangements for the team including events and workshops.

Handle other HR relevant administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects

任职要求：

Detail focused

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired.

CET-6, Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Excellent communication skill

We are looking for an internationally-oriented, performance-driven self-starter and team player.
