Position Summary:

Supporting Commercial Team on functions of Sales, Customer Service

3-4 days/week, for no less than 3 months

Responsibility

Maintain quotation record

Conduct sales administration tasks such as customer creation, compliance check etc.

Support on data maintenance on pricing and customer info in SAP

Marketing material distribution

Basic sales reporting and analysis

Survey analysis

Product/Market contents translation

Admin support to Commercial Director

Key skills & Qualification

Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

Open minded and willing to learn

Analytic and logic thinking

Good literature in Chinese

established in April.2012, is a joint venture invested by Pierburg Pump Technology Gmbh and Mikuni Corporation. The main products are EWP – Electric Water Pumps and VOP – Variable Oil Pumps. The office is located in Zhangjiang, Pudong Area, Shanghai and the factory is at No. 393, Wangqiao Road, Pudong Area, Shanghai.
