职位描述 Your tasks: 1) 18 months international graduate program that will expose you to different areas of the Operation function across the SCHOTT world, e.g. production, process improvement, lean production, product engineering as well as quality sys-tem. 2) During the program, you will receive formal training and gain knowledge and invaluable international experience leading to both professional and personal development. 3) You will work with senior management and build an international network, establishing yourself as one of tomorrow’s key people in our Operation team. 4) The program offers a steep learning curve as you will pursue rotations that will cover a broad spectrum of business & cultural challenges. 5) You will spend a significant amount of your time on key projects that help create numbers & visualization. 6) You will be part of a dynamic business in an international B2B environment with high-tech products.

其他要求 Your profile: 1) Master’s degree in management science and engineering or industrial engineering. 2) Good education background and academic achievements, especially in the field of optimization. 3) Familiar with optimization tools such as Minitab, MATLAB, SPSS etc. 4) Excellent English both in oral and written. 5) Proactivity & entrepreneurial action as well as Can-do attitude. 6) Distinct presentation & communication skills. 7) Curiosity & independence. 8) Customer orientation and the ability to work in diverse teams. 9) Willingness to travel and to relocate nationally/internationally, if required.
