Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain marketing related documentation and store it in relevant system.

Update and maintain company’s Wechat Official account and website.

Supporting to participate and organize marketing and promotion event, updating the promotion information.

Assisting department in managing all the assignments, appointments, meetings and related business activities.

Department overall assistance and support. Handle routine administration work, business schedule and assist to other operations.

Supporting docs from Sales Dept.

Other activities requested by department director.

Requirements

Bachelor degree

Have wechat official account maintenance experience is preferred

Fluent written and oral English is required.

Good MS office capacity（PPT& Photoshop） to deal with the documents and data.

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Have excellent learning ability, clear logic and judgment; Have good work habits, and ensuring high efficiency.

Strong sense of responsibility, and able to work under high pressure.

Proactive, honest and reliable，carefulness, patience and earnestness.

Have interested and knowledge about car is preferred.

负责市场方面的文书工作，文件的整理及归档

负责微信公众号以及公司网站的更新及维护

协助组织并参加公司有关市场宣传的展会、活动, 负责宣传资料的整理和更新

负责安排部门所有的商务会议、活动、客户接洽等

负责部门的日常行政工作、日程安排及协助其他部门的工作

辅助销售部门完成标书及文件整理

完成部门总监交办的其他任务

任职资格

本科学历

有微信公众号管理经验优先

优异的中英文交流及写作能力

能够熟练使用各类办公软件（PPT& Photoshop）处理工作中的各类文件和数据

优异的人际交往能力和沟通表达技巧

有优异的学习能力，清晰的逻辑思维和判断力；有良好的工作习惯，保证工作高效性

有高度的责任心，能够在高压下工作

积极主动，诚实可靠，做事细心耐心，认真仔细

喜爱及了解汽车行业者优先
