岗位职责

1. Ticket系统处理与操作，维护

2. 解答来自澳洲的客户提出的问题

3. 处理澳洲客户的邮件，与客户进行良好的沟通，维护好客户关系

4. 使用ETL和数据质量工具 对已有的项目进行管理

5．建立和使用数据库营销的自动化处理

6. 与内部的团队沟通，协作，为他们提供技术支持

7. 定期监控数据库加载 并找出任何数据库加载运行失败的原因，进行修复

任职资格：

1 本科或以上学历（2018年毕业生）

2 计算机或英语专业

3 良好的英语交流，可以适应英文工作环境，包括口语和书面英语

4. 自学能力强，能够在很快的时间掌握系统操作

5. 做事效率高，可以合理安排工作，控制好工作时间，能够及时回复客户的问题

工作时间：周一至周五 9：00--17：30 （实习期间）

转正后工作时间：2天白班（8：30 AM--8：30 PM），2天夜班 8：30 PM--8：30 AM），连休4天
