Description of Specific Responsibilities and Duties:

- Responsible for issuing sales invoices as well as the sales update in the system

- Responsible for purchasing invoice matching in system

- Responsible for employee expense reimbursement assessment

- Responsible for Monthly input VAT verification as according to requirements from tax bureau

- In charge of weekly payments arrangement in E-banking

- Responsible for monthly Bank reconciliation.

- Responsible for documentation preparing and foreign exchange verification for importation

- Other jobs assigned by manager

Knowledge and Skills:

- Major in accounting related

- Good at English speaking, writing, reading

- Fresh graduate is also welcome

- Can be transferred to permanent if good performance
